what if we need to cancel?

If the Client cancels a performance, he/she must be in direct contact with Kate Judge Music 60 days prior to the event.

is there a payment plan available?

To guarantee the booking of this event, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is due with the signing of contract. The remaining balance shall be paid by the event date. Checks can be made payable to Kate Judge, LLC. Payment plans are certainly available and payments methods are flexible!

where do your rates come from?

I always tell clients, the cost of event performance is free. The price point comes from practicing, organization and purchase of music, gas and tolls, travel time, set up and breakdown. For the price of one musician, your event is getting a pianist and a vocalist. My rates are on my website for your convenience because inquiring with each vendor takes a tremendous amount of time, so I hope you find this helpful!

is there a song list to choose from?

Every event is unique and during your consultation, we can go over logistics like location and music preferences. If you are getting married in a church, it will be a very different process than a garden wedding. I have song lists with recommendations to fit your personal style and I have a catalogue of over 1,000 songs but can truly play anything. If there’s a specific song you want, I will make sure it’s included!

Do my fiancé and I need to both be available for the consultation?

Not at all! I enjoy communicating with both of you to learn more about your unique love story but I try to make music selection and planning as seamless as possible because let’s face it, you have enough to be worried about. Fun fact: I work with grooms as often as brides because it’s an item on your checklist that can be easily delegated to your planner or fiancé!

how do i get started?

Simply fill out the contact form above and share details about your special day! I will send along a client contract and 25% deposit invoice for the date to be exclusively yours!

do you play the organ?

I am not trained to play the pipe organ at a church. However, I have a KORG keyboard that specializes in organ sounds and does an excellent job in replicating the sound you may be looking for.

what if i only need a singer?

I am available to just sing or play piano for your event if you’d like some vocal pieces sung at the church or instrumental music played while people are being seated. Packages are all customizable!
